Most customers think they have used the refrigerator properly, but sometimes the fridge at home still encounters problems that customers do not know how to handle.Dien may gia goc will guide customers to check and address minor "problems" with temperature or electricity at home through this article.

1. The refrigerator is not cold

When this situation occurs in your home's refrigerator, you should do the following:

  • First, check the power plug, fuse, and circuit breaker.
  • There is always a dedicated outlet for the refrigerator in the house.
  • Adjust the voltage to a stable level of 220V by adding a voltage stabilizer to the refrigerator so that the machine works stably and is less affected by frequent changes in voltage.

2. The refrigerator does not cool properly; the refrigerator makes very little ice, or the ice melts.

When this phenomenon occurs, most customers will be worried because they do not know if their refrigerator has a serious "problem," but don't worry. Instead, follow the following steps to check:

  • First, check if the cabinet door is open or not. If so, limit opening the door for too long or continuously.
  • Next, turn the temperature control knob to the "Medium" or "Colder" position.
  • Next, check the installation location of the refrigerator. For example, the fridge should be placed in a well-ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and hot air sources to reduce capacity and help the refrigerator save electricity.
  • Then check to see if the refrigerator contains too much food and note that food must cool down before being placed in the fridge.
  • It would be best to keep in mind that it takes about 4-5 hours for the refrigerator to get cold enough. In the summer, it can take about 24 hours to make ice.

3. There is a frozen phenomenon with food in the refrigerator or vegetables

When this occurrence occurs on the refrigerator, you must:

  • Turn the temperature control knob to the "Medium" position.
  • Do not place foods containing a lot of water near the back of the refrigerator. Instead, move tofu, vegetables, and other foods with a lot of water to the front of the fridge.
  • If the freezer temperature knob is in the low position below "Medium," the food will not freeze.

4. Dew on the inside and outside of the fridge

With this condition, you need to:

  • Leaving the door ajar is OK, as condensate or ice will form, and condensate may drip onto the floor.
  • For condensate that appears only temporarily, wipe with a dry rag.

Note:

  • There are also times when there may be ice in the freezer, but do not leave the door open for too long.

5. Cabinet doors are easy to open but hard to close

When this happens, you need to:

  • Check for food spills from shelves or containers. Remove any clogged objects.
  • Do not allow food, power cords, or plastic bags between the door and the refrigerator.
  • Lowering the leveling foot to raise the front of the cabinet will make it easier to close the door. (Applicable to refrigerators with balance adjustment buttons, such as those made by Mitsubishi Electric.)

6. The refrigerator has a loud noise. I am worried because there is a lot of noise

If the noise suddenly becomes louder, the sound changes may be because immediately after installation, when it is hot, or when the door is opened and closed a lot, the refrigerator will switch to a high-intensity operation mode to increase work. It cannot be refrigerated.

Sometimes the cabinet can sound "vin" or "click" (about 1-2 hours/1 time), but you do not need to worry too much because it is the sound of the automatic ice-making system.

Or when the cabinet makes a "hiss" sound when closing the door, it may be the sound of the fan motor starting.

Sometimes, when you open the door of the refrigerator and hear "shuuu" or "plub plub" (boiling water) or "saaa" (running water), it could be the sound of cold gas circulating.

7. The outside of the refrigerator is hot, and there is a flow of air on the floor

This situation may be due to the heat emitted from the sides and top, the anti-condensation duct system, and the fan below to escape the heat.

Either right after installation or during the summer, hot air can blow out from underneath the refrigerator, especially when it's hot outside (about 38–40 degrees Celsius).

These activities are necessary to help with the refrigerator's cooling, not as a problem as you think.

Currently, Mitsubishi Electric has launched many quality refrigerators with:

  1. Superior feature.
  2. Handy design.
  3. Imported from Japan and Thailand.
  4. The price segment varies depending on the needs of the user.
  5. High quality as each product is meticulously checked before shipment.
