Warranty policy 1 to 1 in 1 year

Casper applies a policy of renewing products of the same type for a period of 01 years from the date of purchase:

• Applicable for the first year for products with screen defects that the manufacturer confirms to be defective by a technician of a genuine Customer Service Center or an authorized Casper Service Station.
• The renewal application period shall not exceed 18 months from the date of manufacture.
